It's Not Too Late...

It's Not Too Late...

We sent along a message to kick-start the new year that mentioned our survey. Several of you have been kind enough to review it. Some of you have even taken the time to fill it out.

And now for the rest of you:  Look, we don't like taking surveys any more than you do. But we'll make it worth your while. In addition to helping us improve, we'll bribe you with a chance to win $25 of free music (or apps, movies, whatever) courtesy of iTunes.

Sound good? Yes? Then follow this link to “Our First-Ever ‘So How Are We Doing?’ Survey.”

Introducing Our Dot Connector

In other news, we are pleased to announce that Kathryn Binkley has joined in the role of Project Manager, informally referred to as our "Dot Connector."

As a result, Fifth Letter will be able to offer additional capabilities and can support new clients more effectively. Binkley will handle new business opportunities, relationship management and traffic coordination. Also known as the studio’s “Dot Connector”, Binkley brings to the studio extensive project management skills and creative thinking.

“I’m excited to have Kathryn joining our team and look forward to the increased level of service that she’ll be able to provide to our current and future clients” says Elliot Strunk, founder and Creative Director of Fifth Letter.

“I’m amazed at the amount of talent that gathers in the office each day and look forward to sharing Fifth Letter’s story” says Binkley.

Email Kathryn today to send a note of congratulations or to learn more about how she can help you.

Why Yes, We Do Use Twitter...

Why Yes, We Do Use Twitter...

We've been having conversations with several current and potential clients about the virtues of social media. While not for all people at all times, services like FaceBook and Twitter can be powerful tools when managed correctly.

Not quite a blog, not quite a text message, a "tweet" can be a welcome dose of humor, a quick insight into a complex issue, or a way to connect a business or nonprofit organization with the people who use it the most. And yes, it can even be a revenue generating resource.

Here in the office, we've jumped in with both feet and have been enjoying our time in the cloud. Yes, we've seen the "fail whale" a few times, but, like our posts, Twitter keeps improving.

Curious about what we have on our minds? Bookmark our Twitter feed, follow us once you're there and, perhaps most importantly, sign-up yourself to see what all the buzz is about.
